 There are more than 200
 nations on the current
 political face of the
 Earth. However there are
 8,000 cultures worldwide
 which claim nationhood or
 independance. Catalunia,
 Quebec and Tibet are but
 three of these thousands
 of distinct peoples.

 The new Top Level Domain
 names must respect and
 recognize this fact of
 potentially thousaneds of
 nations existing very soon.
 Babel? Perhaps. Reality?
 Bet on it.
