I've been reading almost all the messages posted and I'm still wondering the same questions.

So, Did the IAHC already define who could or could not request a registry, I mean, ISP's, Carriers and Country Registries, Are all of them allowed ?

In his Draft, Masek, says about "persons or organization" tha may apply:

"A "person or organization" may be a single person or organization
or any group of persons and organizations which may combine to
offer registration services under one name as a cooperative or
competitive provider of services, provided that all partners in
the confederation or alliance shall otherwise be in compliance
with the terms of this document."

But, what about ISP giving service to another ISP's ( his own competitors )?

When Could we realize what names are allowed for being iTLDs ?

	Thank you.
