There are many billions of individual human beings on this planet, each is
unique.  If each culture deserves a top level domain then why not each
family or each individual? 

Eventually the system becomes cumbersome (or worse).

This path leads to colorless object identifiers, not memnomic domain
names.  At which point we may as well stop using domain names and use IP
addresses instead -- they will be shorter and easier to remember.
