All:
Using the same server I published last week, and an (free) idl to java
compiler. I have created some java interfaces to manage objects
that are created by the server I released last week.
Try http://sentosa.ar.com/DomainMgr.html
It takes a few minutes to download the class files, all in all it works
much better if you have all of the class files on your hard drive, but
you will still get to see what its like. I've written interfaces that
manage the following types of objects:
o Contacts
o Name Servers
o Domains
I'll try to spend this week writing some more documentation so that
you can understand what this type of domain regestry can do,
with out having to read the code.
Please note I have not paid a hole lot of attention to the layout
of the objects. I didn't use a GUI development tool or any other
aid in writing this stuff, in fact these are my first awt applets...
I'll work on makeing the new, and delete buttons work after
I write the nessassary code to manage kerberos logins to the
regestry.
enjoy,
-Rick
