Proposals

Well the December 1st deadline came and went; I was busier over Thanks-
giving than I thought and now with finals I'm even busier. Is there going
to be a second period of accepting proposals? I'm particularly interested
in one sub-section of this whole debacle -- a replacement for first come 
first serve. I brought up the problems with this system on the old Newdom
lists and this one so I'd definitely like to recommend something in
replacement.

Oh I also just checked the http://www.ihac.net page. You guys missed
editing one part -- the IAHC BOF at San Jose on the IHAC page. Otherwise
its a very amusing parody. Almost as amusing as http://www.alternic.net.
