As it now stands I would respectfully
turn down the ad hoq invitation. Not
only is the groups unlikely and ill
equipped to be issuing broad invitations,
I have little (no!) interest in placing
my legal future in jeopardy by attempting
to control such potent forces as are at
motion in the new Domain Name issue.
The ad hoq committee is playing with
fire and I for one have no interests
in getting toasted.

As for my no longer participating at
the discussion concerning the alleged
ad hoq committee I only excercise my
opinions as you do. No more no less.
The ad hoc group is trying to corner
the market on something I believe a
much more inclusive and representative
body with legal, international sanction
must be discussing. Therefore it is my
duty as a good citizan to comment with
moderation and balance on the issues at
hand. And to oppose what is an usurpment
of a global concern.

As for the IHAC - Internet Hierarchy
Avisory Committee - I believe anyone
and everyone may join and take their place
at the table. There's even room for humble
me as well a spot reserved for your emminant
self. Come one come all... to the
