But not the CPSR or DNRC or EFF or VTW or ... the IAHC base could

So, the US Govt. owns the net, it's not an International resource ?

But you are the IAHC Perry, and it is your duty to weigh my input 
and Bob's, and Jim's, along with that of others, not to discount it.
