Private email and "for the record" are two completely different concepts.

Your interpretation of Perry's comments are totally irrelevant.
And your prejudging of the outcome of the IAHC process also indicates
that you have ulterior motives for seeing the process fail.

Quite frankly, nobody can judge IAHC on decisions, proposals, plans
that they have not yet put forward. They have laid out a time frame. They
have invited public input. But until the last day arrives everything is in
flux and the individual opinions of IAHC members are not terribly
relevant.
