Pick up a copy of the NEWDOM mailing list archives from
http://www.memra.com/newdom.zip and the convenient msplit program
http://www.memra.com/msplit or http://www.memra.com/msplit.bas
and you can search it with your choice of tools to see who said what.

This was part of a discussion thread and I remember people asking for
clarification. If you search the NEWDOM archive for "hostmaster" then you
should be able to find the thread.
