Hi.

So the solution to the issues about authority to manage this process
should now be obvious:

	The ISOC has got the ball and is moving ahead with it.

	But the ISOC is flawed since it dosen't represent your views.

	Ah, the ISOC has only 7,000 members.

Solution:

	Get 7,000 of your like minded friends to join the ISOC and take
	it over.

	Elect your own slate of trustees to the Board.  Fire the current
	incompetent fools.  Install your own!
