Hi folks.

It's been a while since I entered this frey, and I've spent
today catching up on the mailing list archive and the various
proposals.

I'm not trying to be facetious ere, but the mailing list
archive seems to me one big flamewar and the proposals
so far seem to all be in contradiction with each other
("3 new tld's"  "1000 new tld's")

Is there a webpage somewhere that outlines, concisely, the
issues before us? Is there a summary of whats been
decided so far?

The demeaner of the various "heavies" in this group
is somewhat disappointing. Perhaps everybody is frustrated
to the point of distraction.
