Actually, I submitted my request for .WORLD simply because I was not sure if
FCFS would be used. I am still vehemently against it. If I decide to run any
TLD I would give up my "FCFS" privilege and bow out to another registry if
it is decided they can do a better job. However, just in the worst case and
FCFS is used, I want to have my "foot in the door", as they say.

Oh btw. I don't believe IANA is evil, just somewhat confused. I support the
IAHC in their efforts and have found most of the members to be very
intelligent and open minded. And I do not believe I have a "right" to the
TLD, but if it turns out I do, well that's how the cookie crumbles.
