Oddly enough, the main reason the IAHC was formed(from draft-postel) was
to foster competition in the registry business. I am confused by your
apparent actions because the likely result of such a lawsuit would be to
stop IAHC from creating new domains, something I would think you would
be against. Also, there is no need to "join" a class action suit. The
only people who need contact you are those who do not wish to be part of
the class.
Do you even have an attorney?
