There is a contradiction there. The critical path is the one where any
delay in one task delays the whole project, with no possible margin. If a
2-days registration delay for a task mostly unrelated to others is a
problem, then project management methods need to be somewhat revised.

I shouldn't have said "image". The problem isn't, say, sex. But I still
believe that if we don't take into account trademark problems, trials will
number in the 100s; companies will look for less dangerous territories to
do business; and possibly, Internet bodies will come under judiciary fire,
if only for doing a lousy job and making everyone's (registries burdened
with legal fees, companies unhappy about their trademarks, misdirected
consumers, ISPs dragged into class-action suits...) difficult.
