Dear Mr. Secretary of State,
It is with regret that we give notice of our filing an objection
against the United States of America, and in particular the State
of XYZZY, before the <entity responsible in Canada for> the General
Agreement on Tarrifs and Trade, upon the grounds that your action
breaches a treaty entered into between the United States and Canada,
and is therfor unlawfull and unenforcable.
We regard your action as reprehensible and, in your country,
an unlawfull imposition of a tariff on interstate commerce.
In the meantime, you are cordially invited to discover means of
preventing the citizens of your state from discovering and employing
the services our firm suplies on the Internet.
Sincerely,
(orville@{torpid.com|torpid.ca})
