  Quite correct, but deferrable.  So long as the categories
exist in one language, it is trivial for a user interface
to substitute their equivalents in a selected language.
  I would strongly urge the developers of such interfaces
to find the exact equivalents by looking up their language's
official term or terms for each of the international
cetegories.
