Doesn't it make sense to take food away from Ruandans rather than to feed
them? Not when you consider the people aspect! So why would we want to
take naming choices away from people rather than give them more?

This question betrays a profound lack of knowledge of the legal system in
the developped nations and I don't see any point in answering it.

If you really want to understand this, go to a law professor and ask them
to recommend a couple of books you can read that will help you to
understand why this is a silly question to ask.
