Whatever decision we or the IAHC makes about trademarks and domain names
is of no relevance.  That decision will be made by the legislatures and
courts of the various countries, assisted by those who have the money to
go to court or lobby their legislative representatives. 

We/IAHC *can* decide how to operate a name registry and/or DNS hierarchy.
