Re: Apparent Fraud: Domain Name Survey

See RFCs 1528, 1529, 1530, 1703. All of the worlds phone numbers are
mapped into the tpc.int domain by taking the full number, including
country code, reversing it, and putting dots between the digits. For
example, the name associated with my home's main number is
7.7.8.4.7.8.2.8.0.5.1.tpc.int. This strucutre makes it easy to carve out
zones associated with some administrative levels such a phone exchanges,
countries, etc. (tpc = The Phone Company)

Messages about this have already appeared on the iahc list.
