The 1997 budgets for consumer advertising on the net will break all
records. This topic was deemed "out of bounds" at the newdom BOF at
IETF, but this is a reality and has to be acknowleged.

The use of DNS as a directory service has been very minor up until this point.

I'm curious as to the advertising and marketing experience of the
members of the IAHC. I'm not even sure they see this coming. Do any
members of the IAHC what to comment on this?
