tpc.int is no fraud

Carl Malamud used this in an global cooperation (I forget what he called
it) that never seemed to get too far off the ground, but whose concept was
very sound, for sending FAXes over the Internet to a FAX server near the
destination. I wish it were still around; it worked beautifully!
