Which is exactly why I explained what I meant by PTO.

No. A US law would not apply to the International Olympic Committee; it
covers the US Olympic Committee.

>No, I am an American citizen living abroad and I KNOW its true...
IT's not. Maybe you should come home. Maybe you should actually talk to
lawyers and judges and litigants. Maybe you shouldn't believe everything
you read.

EXCUSE ME? Who the hell do you think funds the goverment? You think they

My point exactly. So inform yourself before you shoot off at the mouth.

What the hell is your problem? You have a point to this comment?

Yes, true. What is your point? The question is and remains, what does
such a "properly described DNS model" look like?
>And if you have the Ontario (Canada) Toyota dealers association and the

Exactly -- that's the problem. What DO you do?
>In Canada all of our judges are graduated up the bench on merit and

You said you were a US citizen, so why are Canadian judges "yours"?
And not all US judges are elected. Federal judges are appointed and go up
thru the ranks. And you are incredibly naive if you think there's no
politics involved in the Canadian appointments, just as it is in US ones.
>>In regards to
>lawyers making the best politicians that is a falacy.
I never said word one about lawyers making "the best" or any other kind of
politicians. I said that many politicians ARE lawyers. That's not a
quality judgment; it's merely a fact.
I suggest you read what is written BEFORE you comment on what it doesn't say.

Marc, you're an idiot. You are the worst kind of idiot -- one who doesn't
want to know the facts or listen to other points of view. I will NOT
apologize for you and you are a rude and arrogant idiot.

Bottom line is that you are ignoring the facts here. Culture has zip to do
with it. There is a problem. It concerns ISPs. It concerns lawyers. It
concerns businesspeople and individuals. Learn the fact. Arm yourself
with the arguments. THEN convince people that your position (and I'll be
damned if I know what it is, after this blithering post) is right.
>Go ahead .... FLAME ME!!! Most outside the western hemisphere agree with

You are truly a stupid human being and not at all worth the fuel involved
in a flame. Has it occurred to you that you speak for noone but yourself?
It is the ultimate in arrogance to assert that you speak for the entire
non-western hemisphere. Good grief, man. Get a grip.
To those of you both outside and inside the Western Hemisphere: I assume
that you, unlike Mr. Hurst, are intelligent beings interested in a solution
not in a anti-US diatribe. We need one. I hope you guys come up with it
because it'll make my work as a lawyer trying to figure this out and advise
clients a whole lot easier.
