... who pushed TLDs and encouraged DNS fragmentation.. DNS is a distributed
database and hence there has always been problems associated with that; lame
delegations and a few rogue domains. Now we have rogue TLDs that actually
encourage this sort of fragmentation. ANYBODY can setup a website and new
TLDs; just see Name.Space.
