eager children

Hi,
	I'd like to suggest that there is a rising level of anticipation
	wrt the pronouncement expected on the 19th.

	Like eager children, there are large numbers of folk interested
	in the outcome.  While my bias lies on the course of dis-allowing
	any existant request as one not processed under the older rules,
	it really does not matter.

	What matters is that a choice is made and forward progress resumes.

	To paraphrase an older movie line... "choose wisely".
