kent, that's a great argument on why non-lawyers, such as most of us,
should not be trying to deal with trademark law. your point is precise; my
response wasn't.
my major beef is that this list should accept trademark law (in the
confines of the list) and not try to interpret it or change it; we should
discuss bringing the internet into the connected mid-90's and bring it into
compliance with the law, as well as allow for further grow in a fair and
legal manner.
