Hi.

Without any money interest in it, I can't agree.

These TLDs, although having the great advantage of significance regarding
the skills of who created them, where released as a prototyping of what could
be done in such matters, without any opened process.
I thank and respect those who made this, and confess I couldn't myself.
Now, the new TLDs should IMHO be granted to their (future) registries
regardless of any "prototyping", but considering only the skills of the new
registries
to manage them for the good of the greatest number of users.

Which may, although, make no difference with your proposals' results.
