Baloney.  The IAHC is attempting to take actions and adjudicate disputes
(including defining where those disputes may be heard in terms of
jurisdiction) that are the proper claim of the judicial branch.

The IAHC has no authority under any law in the United States (and probably
elsewhere as well) to do this.

No, but you'll set up a process which preempts the REAL judicial process of
a given jurisdiction from operating as it is supposed to.
