To me this shows that Bill Manning did *NOT* give you the OK to start
charging fees, rather he said it was OK to put your registry into an
operational testing mode if you included a disclaimer so as not to mislead
people who registered with your company. Fees are not mentioned here at
all.
Quite frankly you have presented no evidence for your assertions. Not only
that but your assertions are completely irrelevant to the work of the
IAHC.
