Waiting peroid


OK, I'm convinced that a waiting peroid of some time would alievate
some legal pressure on the regestries. I'm not happy about
the waiting peroid but I understand it as a nessassity. I never
said I like lawers ;-)

I have yet to be convinced that a Lottery process is wize. I saw some language
in the IAHC draft that states something about "qualified" applicatons. IMHO
the IAHC should make clear recomendatios on what and what is not qualified,
and expressly state those qulalifications beyont $20K. I dont care if I'm
one of those running a regestrie but, I want to make dam sure those, that do
have a F**king clue!
