You know what Mr. Nussbacher, it seems like you need to be reminded
of whom you are addressing in this list. You really ought to show
more respect to our intelligence (us meaning none IAHC members).
I don't know what your backround is, nor do I care to find out, but
we are certainly not some undergraduate students in a junior college,
nor are you qualified (from what I read), to come across as a tutor
of some sort.

This is your second absurd remark regarding the 20K condition.
You repeating quotes from the draft over and over...and over again,
doesn't buy the 20K clause more credibility, nor does it make
us accept it. Worst of all, it shows lack of taste on your part
to assume that "everyone" has missed the point and failed to see the wisdom
in it. But then again, we ought to be thankful that the IAHC will
not keep the 20K in case someone doesn't get approved, right? Your
first less-than-intelligent remark certainly seemed to suggest that
(in your genius analogy of gTLD lottery vs. Lotto).

You need to accept our complaints about the 20K condition as valid ones,
and to stop quoting the damn draft as if we needed you to teach us
how to read a technical draft. We know it is not the only condition,
it is just not an acceptable condition. You are not helping the IAHC's
image nor its case, sir.

Constructively yours,
