Sure, we cannot dismiss it; we should not dismiss *anything*. I can,
and will, however, disagree with it on the strongest possible terms.
Put simply, to begin with:
1. Remove the lottery completely. If a company meets the technical,
financial, and other requirements, they are allowed to participate.
2. Remove the 60-day holding period and replace it with a reasonable
60-day PUBLICATION period.
There are other points that I disagree with, but these are the two
main ones right now. Moreso, it appears that we have consensus on
these two issues, yes?
