Much though I hate to defuse a good flame-war, I have to agree that
the IAHC _cannot_ deny "bodies comprised of Americans, on American soil, at
meetings held in the US" the option of suing each other.
It really doesn't matter what language the IAHC adopts; it doesn't
even matter if both parties have signed binding arbitration language:
they can _still_ sue each other!
