On the contrary.
The FCC is ultimately accountable to the people of the United States.
If they (as an arm of the government) do something truly outrageous, you
have every right to do something about it through a number of processes,
some of which include:
1) Lawsuits
2) Investigations of criminal conduct (if warranted)
3) Replacing the governmental officials that appointed the FCC people
(elections)
4) And, ultimately, revolution.
The IAHC has attempted to get you to sign away method (1) of redress, and
doesn't recognize (3) (there is no representation, and wasn't when the
committee was formed).
(2) and (4) can't be signed away or manipulated off the table by the IAHC,
which IMHO is the only reason THOSE didn't go away too!
