Web Pages reverted?

I dunno if something on my system is screwed up,  but since I'm using
Lynx it can't be a caching problem.. In any case I can't seem to get the
Dec 19 draft from the IAHC webpage. It looks like someone reverted the
webpages to their old version. I downloaded the Word version earlier but
it turns out I only have Word 2.0 here.... So if the people at IAHC can
put it back up, please do so.
