Chris, I believe a more accurate statement is that it is your opinion
that it is undesirable to limit the number. Many people have stated
reasons why the number should initially be limited -- and you have
disagreed with these reasons. However, obviously reasons exist. The
only question at hand is whether they are good enough reasons.
