Valid point...To achieve the objective outlined above, IAHC should require
that as a condition of the exclusive licensing agreement, each licensee
must agree to sublicense all other CORE members at a specified wholesale
rate. When the registry in Indonesia receives its license, it automatically
receives sublicenses from all existing registries to market all other
gTLDs. As a sublicensee, the Indonesia registry "buys" SLD registrations at
wholesale from the licensee and "sells" the registrations at retail to its
customers. Likewise, if the Indonesia registry has the exclusive license
for a gTDL, other registries may buy the SLD registrations from the
Indonesia registry on a wholesale price level, and then resell the SLD
registrations at a retail price.
