As has been noted, the clock is ticking and the IAHC draft
specifies quite a bit of detail to be decided by CORE. Since CORE gets
formed roughly in March, a) there's quite a bit of time between now and
then which could be used for discussing the topics on its 'formation'
agenda, and b) having some background discussion when it starts might
shorten the time before it is able to set up shop. E.g., since operation
of the new gTLD registrars is dependent upon CORE's decisions about a
shared repository, trying to help it make decisions quickly would be a Good
Thing.

If folks are interested, we can establish an iahc-core mailing
list, devoted to discussing matters relevant to the formation and operation
of CORE.

The major caveat which must be kept in mind is that nothing in any
of the discussions will be binding upon CORE. The material from the
discussion will be available as input to the CORE Board of Trustees, to use
however it sees fit.

	Interested?
