FCFS: Clarification

Off topic, but I just wanted everyone to know that I have no delusions
of grandeur of inventing the term FCFS; I personally use it most in
designing Operating Systems schedulers. However, I did bring the issue
and acronym up on newdom@vrx.net and iahc-discuss@iahc.org..
