Let's not get crazy here. USENET is not that public and not that reliable
either. There's nothing wrong with feeding a newsgroup from a gazette
mailing list, but the mailing list should be the primary means of
publishing daily registration activity with the website second. And the
website needs a guaranteed URL so that people can build automated systems
to retrieve the daily gazette if they aren't comfortable with or
