Folks,

	Perhaps some of you did not notice a series of notes on this list
expressing concern for the details CORE is expected to have to resolve.
Perhaps some of you did not notice the statements of concern about the
added time that work, by CORE, would cost.  Unfortunately, I *did* notice
those notes and I thought they were pretty reasonable concerns so it seemed
only natural to suggest a venue for such discussions.  Alas, I did not take
into account the other interpretations that would be placed on such a
suggestion.  Forgive me.

	Perhaps publication of the final version of the IAHC specification,
at the end of January, will be a time more comfortable for considering
topics that CORE must decide.
