	Sounds like there might be some confusion about items pertaining to
getting an SLD and items pertaining to becoming a gTLD registrar.

	The US$ 20K and lottery pertain to becoming a gTLD registar.  The
60 wait pertains to use of an SLD assigned under a gTLD.
