You may live in a consumer/commerce driven world however the reality is
that the majority of the world's population and the majority of Internet
users do not. This is the reality. Anything that IAHC does has to
recognize the reality that the Internet is *NOT* a commercial network and 
must continue to meet the needs of non-commercial users.
