Comments on assorted drafts

Folks:

This nonsense of quoting 500-line drafts IN THEIR ENTIRETY in order to
insert two sentences worth of comment every 50 lines or more has GOT to
stop.  It needlessly wastes everyone's bandwidth and my disk storage 
space and Netcom is notoriously stupid, venal and greedy about charging 
me for that disk space.

Quote the section or subsection to which your comments are relevant.
DELETE the sections about which you have no current comment.
