I agree with you. Hence some of my comments with respect to
spicific parts to this perposal. I thought that CORE was to
make the selections. However I even have a problem with this
as well. In addition I do not agree with the restriction on
number (20 to 30). I think this could be expanded to over
a thousand, without too much exposier to big problems. I
do agree that scaling should be done, but not at a snails
pace.
