Could someone give me some examples on this?

Hmmm .. while this may be fairly common in the USA, I think you
have effectively excluded any African entrant except maybe 2 or 3
players.....
If this requirement were changed, there might even be a gTLD Registrar
In Africa, something I would *Love* to see.
