I am aware that it is not a black and whit issue. Your point that
IAHC is trying to portray it as a black and white issue, I am not
sure that I agree with. My point is to make the argument a bit
simpeler from on point of view. I understand that for some
TLDs it is approiate that they be sharable. I do not argue that.
My argument is that that decision should be left up to the
holders of those TLDs, under advisement, but not in a dictatorial
manner, as to weather they wish to share them in some fassion.

Is this a bit clearer? I hope so. My and my companies
concern is that there will only be a core group that will
make these determinations. Hence I feel obligated that
I (WE) express our point of view and let everyone whom
wishes to evaluate that point of view as they choose.

I have offered some adjuncts of compromise here and
possible I should put forth my own perposal. I have
not done this due to several others have made some good
suggestions to the DEC 19th perposal already, and it looks
as though we are comming to a cnosensus. Though I think
we need to be more difinitive as to our objections and why.
In addition make a counter argument or partial perposal
to certain aspects of what has been perposed.

Regards,
