You've got to remember that this list is NOT where it's at. This is not
an IETF working group here. There are lots of parties who are not on this 
list who will be commenting privately on the IAHC draft.

It is extremely doubtful that any compromise agreed on by this list would
also be agreed on by all the parties that the IAHC has asked to comment on
their draft document.
