Revised Draft

Perry, I realize that my revised draft isn't the IAHC draft, but your
comments distress me. What I'm trying to accomplish is the synthesis
of consensus, using the IAHC draft as a starting point. From there,
once we reach a point of compromise and agreement, we can present this
draft to the IAHC as an indication of the position of those on this
list who choose to participate. Granted, that may be a minority, as
there are many many lurkers on this list. For that, I'm sorry. I
cannot force people to participate, I can only invite them.

The draft will be available later this afternoon at 
<http://www.iodesign.com/draft.html> and will be updated as necessary.

I will be starting some independant threads on this list to discuss the
major points of dissention. It is my intention that they can be kept
in seperate threads so as to avoid bringing up cross-arguments and
degenerating into anarchy.

Will this work? Who knows? But I hope everyone agrees that it's worth
a try.
