Yes there is a technical solution. But not a very good one. Yes,
CORE and the registrars should take up this problem.

Well Chris, there is a third.
Third, whom is to determine weather and in what manner are gTLDs to
be shared. Is this to be determined by IACH, CORE, or the registrars?
This I think should be determined at the first CORE meeting.

I think that the Registrars should have a part in that dicision.
