Eugene,

  Yes, whom is on the committee is on IHAC's site.  But HOW they
were solected is the question?  How and under what criterion
were IACH members selected by the ISOC?  It even sounds 
kinda strange, if you ask me?  SHouldn't their be elections
from within certain districts or something of that nature?
